"The KRE8OR " - the flagship of the KRE8 series. The machine is suitable both for beginners, only decided to tackle the figurative cutting of foam, and for professionals in their field. The machine for figured cutting of foam plastic allows processing as foam expanded polystyrene (foam plastic) with a density of 15-50 kg / m3, and extruded polystyrene of any density.
You can set up to 6 cutting strings simultaneously on the machines of the KRE8 series. The working field of the KRE8OR allows you to install 4 blocks of expanded polystyrene at the same time.
The machine is suitable for both 2D and 3D cutting of polystyrene foam.

The machine control of the shaped cutting of foam is carried out by a computer. The program for controlling the machine for figured cutting of foam plastic is our own design, it is completely original and only suitable for our machines. The cutting machine control program recognizes the file formats: PLT, DXF, STL. Software is constantly updated and updated, taking into account the wishes of our customers. Approximately, once a quarter, updates are issued for the program of controlling the machine for figured cutting of foam plastic.
To get started, you only need to assemble the foam-cutting machine by instructions (usually it takes 2-3 days) and connect the machine to the USB port of your computer. Our machines work directly through the USB port, which allows using modern PCs and laptops (without LPT-USB adapters) and provides stable operation under all versions of WINDOWS from XP to 10, 32/64 bit.
Cutting of foam on the machine for figured cutting is carried out by a nichrome string. The diameter of the string can be from 0,3 mm (with the installation of 6 strings) to 0,5 mm (maximum 2 strings). The nichrome strings can be adjusted in the machine control program and can be from 0 to 100%, set in 1% increments. The speed of figured cutting of foam is also specified in the control program, measured in mm / sec, set in steps of 0.1 mm.
The KRE8 foam cutting machine is assembled from an aluminum frame, guides and portal. All the nodes of the frame of the machine since October 2014 were supplemented by reinforcing corners for greater rigidity of the structure. The design uses solutions that ensure a smooth and precise movement of the cutting string of the machine for figured cutting of foam. We pay special attention to the quality of the cut, for heating the string a step-down transformer with galvanic isolation is used, which ensures high quality of the cut, regardless of the density of the material, as well as the safety of the operator from electric shock.
Control units to the cutting machines PSA are balanced CNC control systems, developed by our specialists directly under the line of manufactured machine tools. The machine for the shaped cutting of foam is supplied in disassembled form. It is obligatory to transfer the transport company to order a rigid crate. In a complete set with a machine tool of figured cutting of foam plastic goes 100m nichrome 0,3mm. This stock is enough for 3-4 months of permanent work.
